nicoise style tuna stuffed avocados

mayo free nicoise style tuna salad stuffed into creamy avocado halves

2 avocados, halved and pitted
1 - 5 oz can of Bumble BeeĀ® Solid White Albacore Tuna in water
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp shallots, finely chopped
1/4 cup of halved and pitted nicoise olives
1/2 cup of grape tomatoes, quartered
gently mix the tuna with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste fold in the shallots, tomatoes and olives divide the tuna among the four avocado halves enjoy immediately
