No Bake Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

They literally take 10 minutes tops to make, and are a great snack to eat on the go. This recipe is for the classic chocolate chip version, but you can easily adapt them to suit your favorite tastes. My husband likes to add a dollop of peanut butter and crushed pretzels to make peanut butter pretzel granola bars – they are simply fantastic.
