No-Bake Cinnamon Chip Chewy Granola Bars

A soft and chewy granola bar. If cinnamon chips aren't your thing, you can substitute with white chocolate chips, regular chocolate chips or even peanut butter chips.

1 c. rice krispies cereal
2 Tbl. coconut oil (or canola oil)
1/4 c. + 2 Tbl. honey
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
