No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

No Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake has an Oreo cookie base, simple no-bake chocolate cheesecake & topped with an easy german chocolate frosting

Crust
3 crushed Oreo cookies per bowl (I used 12 total)
Cheesecake
1 (8oz) package cream cheese- room temperature
½ cup confectioners sugar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp sour cream
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips- melted & cooled to room temperature
German Chocolate Frosting
3 egg yolks
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
½ cup butter
1-1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
