No Bake Oreo cake

My never ending love for chocolate makes me do experiments with it. This time I tried to infuse it with Oreo and caramel sauce. Here is my take on no bake Oreo cake.

Digestive Biscuits 1 large pack
Butter 150g tub
Brown sugar 100g
Oreo biscuits 25
Twix Chocolate 2
Condense Milk 1 cup
Cream cheese 7 table spoons
Heavy cream 3 cups
Chocolate chips ½ cup

Chocolate chips ½ cup
The most effective tip to get the perfect whipped cream is to chill it for as long as you can. In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of heavy cream and keep it in your freezer for 2 hours.
Base:
• Take a Ziploc bag and empty your pack on digestive biscuits in it.
• Using a rolling pin crush your biscuits nicely.
• Take 100g of butter and microwave it for 30 seconds.
• In a serving dish mix your crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter.
• Using your hands, gently press the mixture of butter and biscuits to form a nice base.
• Keep it freeze to set.
Caramel sauce:
• Take a sauce pan and place it on medium heat.
• Add brown sugar and butter in it.
• Let it be for 5-10 minutes till you get nice sticky caramel sauce.
Cream cheese filling:
• Take your chilled cream out from the freezer and either use a hand beater or a professional one to whip it.
• Once your cream is twice its original size, add 1 cup of condense milk in it.
• Now add cream cheese and mix it on a low speed.
• Slowly add caster sugar.
• Now crush your Twix chocolate along with oreo biscuits and add it in the mixture.
Ganache:
• Take small sauce pan and keep it one medium heat.
• Add 1 cup of heavy cream.
• Let the cream boil.
• In a small bowl, add ½ cup chocolate chips.
• Once bubbles start appearing on your cream, pour it over the chocolate chips.
• Let it be for 2 minutes so that your chocolate chips start melting.
• Now gently mix it till you get thick consistency.
Assembling:
• Take out your serving dish with biscuit base in it.
• Pour the cream cheese filling on it.
• Add your caramel sauce.
• Keep it back in freezer for 20 minutes.
• Now pour your ganache on it and let it freeze over night or at least 4 hours.
