Sometimes the best inventions happen by accident. Take the Post-It for instance – it completely came up by accident. That was the case with these dinner rolls. I was trying to make a puff for some low carb cream puffs, but I accidentally added an extra egg to the recipe. I knew that I was not going to the puff that I wanted, but I did not know that I would get this fantastically delicious dinner roll with the perfect consistency.
