Who knew crepes could be so ridiculously easy to make? These are great as a quick breakfast or even better for dessert (with ice cream of course!)

1 egg white
1/2 cup skim milk
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon applesauce
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
4 teaspoon of Nutella
