2 cups thick rolled oats (not quick oats!)
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of allspice
approx. 1/3 cup white sugar
