Oh Peas!

I bring this to potlucks all the time and tell people it's "weirdly wonderful". It ALWAYS disappears and is so quick and simple to make, usually with ingredients on hand. You can double and triple it with ease, and it keeps for several days in the fridge.

2 - 14fl oz tins of peas, drained
2 medium dill pickles, well-chopped
2 Tbsp finely minced onion
1.5 Tbsp mayonnaise
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Mix together in medium sized bowl. Turn into serving bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.
