Traditionally cooked for Onam Sadhya, this delicious curry tastes lovely all year long.

1/2 cup black eyed beans
3 cups ash gourd cut into cubes
4 Green chilies slit
3 1/2 cups Water
1 cup thick coconut milk
salt to taste
