1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 egg or egg white (optional)
1/2 Tablespoon fresh dill, minced
1/4 cup celery, finely diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh-cracked black pepper
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
avocado oil or canola oil, for pan frying
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 egg or egg white (optional)
1/2 Tablespoon fresh dill, minced
1/4 cup celery, finely diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh-cracked black pepper
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
