1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup canola oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup raisins
1 cup seedless blackberry jam
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 teaspoon of allspice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
3 eggs
Icing:
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of white corn syrup
4 1/2 tablespoons of milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray and flour a bundt pan. Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl except pecans and mix well on low. Increase speed to high until sugar is completely dissolved....
