Oma's Sloppy Joes

These tastey sloppy joes are a recipe that was made by my frugal Oma. That being said, they are tangy, easy and you probably have all the ingredients on hand. They are a win win.

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 of a medium size onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup. ketchup
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt

Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion. Drain off the fat. Mix in all the other ingredients. Simmer together for 15 minutes . Serve on hamburger buns.
