Easy and simple no-fuss meal with classic Greek flavors – lemon, olive oil, oregano. This one-pot dish is revamped with the addition of sweet potatoes, chicken breasts, and turmeric to provide maximum health benefits!

4 medium sweet potatoes
2 chicken breasts ( boneless and skinless )
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice ( about 2 large lemons )
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 large lemon ( thinly sliced optional )
