1 tsp hot smoked Spanish paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 cup white wine
15 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 cup fish broth
1/2 tsp saffron threads
4 cod fillets
12 raw jumbo shrimp
12 fresh mussels
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
