1 sweet onion
1 T. toasted sesame oil
1 T. rice vinegar
2 t. minced fresh garlic
1 t. ground ginger
1/4 cup less sodium soy sauce
16 ounces coleslaw mix
1/2 cup grated carrots
2 green onions
salt and pepper ( to taste )
1 T. hoisin sauce
