1 can kidney beans (no salt added or low sodium)
1/2 brown onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, grated
1 can diced tomatoes
1 jalapeño, minced
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dry oregano
2 tsp dry parsley
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
black pepper to taste
cooked brown rice to serve
