4-8 cloves of garlic ( diced )
1/4 cup red wine
28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
to taste salt and pepper
1 loaf of french bread
tablespoons butter ( softened )
to taste garlic powder
4-5 garlic cloves ( for the garlic bread )
to taste salt and peper
12 slice provolone cheese
fresh basil
1/4 lb ground pork
1 egg
