Orange Cream Cookies

These orange cream cookies are the most perfect cookie version of orange dreamsicles.

1 cup softened butter
2 eggs
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp fresh orange zest (about 2 oranges worth)
2½ cups flour
2 cups white chocolate chips
