Oven Baked Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast with Avocado Salsa

For the chicken:
2 Chicken breasts
2 Slices of turkey bacon ( could sub regular bacon as well )
10 Cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp. + 1/2 tsp. Olive oil, divided
For the Salsa:
1/2 a large avocado ( chopped )
1/4 Cup red onion ( diced )
1 tsp. White wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp green onion ( diced )
1 tbsp olive oil ( divided )
