This chicken came out so juicy and delicious! It was a hit at dinner. Now if you've read my other posts the one thing I am big on is simplicity. I don't like long, confusing, thousand stepped recipes. I like simple and delicious. A good recipe doesn't have to be complicated it just requires good quality ingredients.

4 large chicken quarters - skin on
4 teaspoons of dill
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
4 teaspoons of garlic powder
3 tablespoons of olive oil - use one tablespoon to cook chicken
1 tablespoon butter
4 teaspoons of dill

Clean 4 chicken quarters removing fat. Pat dry and set side
