Paleo Flax Granola
A sweet and salty combo that will leave you begging for more!

Base Ingredients:
3/4 cup ground flax
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
Add in ingredients:
1/4 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup raw pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup raw walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup raw pistachios
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
3/4 cup currants
3/4 cup ground flax
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey

Add in ingredients:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
In a medium bowl combine flax and add ins and set aside.
In a small microwave-safe bowl heat honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla and salt for 20 seconds.
