This is a Paleo version of a classic childhood favorite recipe, Mac 'n Cheese

1 ½ heads Cauliflower
2 T. Grass-fed Butter
½ t. Salt
¼ C. Water
2 T. Grass-fed Butter
1 small Yellow Squash(Summer squash), cut into small cubes
1 small Carrot, peeled and diced
½ Small Sweet Onion, diced
½ t. Garlic Powder
¾ t. Ground Mustard
1 t. Salt
1 can Coconut Milk
1 Egg Yolk
Pepper, to taste
2 T. Grass-fed Butter
½ t. Salt
¼ C. Water
