All natural paleo ingredient snack balls that taste like cookie dough....yum!

10 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup coconut oil (may need a little more to achieve desired consistency)
1/4 cup almond butter (or other favorite nutbutter or sunbutter)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup raw walnut halves
1 cup raw whole almonds
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup water

Combine pitted dates and water in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 40 seconds.
Drain water and then combine all ingredients in a food processor.
