For the rice:
1 cup long grain rice
1¾ cups water
¾ Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
For the chicken:
1 chicken breast
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 carrots shredded
1 small onion diced
1 garlic clove minced
1 cube homemade recaito or 2 Tbsp. Goya recaito
¼ cup peas
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. oregano
