Paneer Roll Recipe

Paneer Roll is made of spiced grated paneer wrapped in a chapathi. This quick recipe can be served as a snack and also as a main course.

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp. Oil
to taste Milk
to taste Salt
1 cup crumbled or grated paneer
2 tbsp. coriander leaves finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped ( medium )
1 green chilli finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp. Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp. Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
2 tsp. Tomato ketchup
to taste Salt
to taste Oil as needed
2 cheese cubes grated (optional)
1 cup chopped Lettuce or Shredded Cabbage
4 tsp. green chutney
to taste Oil for shallow frying
