¾ cup dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
3 tbsp sesame seeds or chopped walnuts
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp thyme or oregano
¼ cup oil
¼ cup butter
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 ½ lbs frying chicken, cut up
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
3 tbsp parmesan cheese

1. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, sesame seeds/walnuts, flour, salt, thyme/oregano in a deep pie plate.
