1 Tbsp water
1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (I used freshly grated Parmesan)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
