This recipe is a dream come true. Delicious, easy to make and, if you are watching carbs, a low carb dieter's soon to become fave!

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425° Place chicken breasts on foil covered baking sheet. Combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and spoon onto each breast. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes until juices run clear.
