pinch of crushed red pepper
16oz medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (chopped)
8oz pasta of choice
1 small shallot (minced)
