Thin karela slices marinated and deep fried

Ingredients
•Bitter gourd (karela) 2 medium
•Salt to taste
•Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
•Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
•Tamarind paste 1 teaspoon
•Oil to deep fry
Method Cut the karelas into thin slices and place in a plate. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Wash them thoroughly and drain on absorbent paper. Transfer onto a plate....
