Strawberries. Bananas. And peanut butter. Oh my!

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1-2 tablespoons coconut sugar (optional)
Add all the ingredients to your blender in the order listed. I added coconut sugar to mine since my strawberries are pretty tart. Blend it all up, pour into a glass, and enjoy. Lactose free? Substitute...
