This peach pie can be made with fresh or frozen fruit, has a hint of cinnamon, and a crunchy streusel on top!

1/2 recipe Perfect Pie Crust
Peaches:
4 to 5 cups of sliced peaches ( or 24oz frozen slices )
6 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
4 Tbsp cornstarch
Streusel
1/4 cup butter ( cold )
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
