I love making healthy smoothies! I especially love when they are healthy! They taste great and make me feel skinny. This Peaches and Coconut Cream Smoothie literally tastes like peach ice cream! It’s an easy recipe with only three ingredients! Makes eating healthy easy. This tastes so good, you could even consider it a dessert.

1 cup frozen peaches
½ banana
½ cup coconut milk
Reddi Whip (optional)
½ banana
½ cup coconut milk
Reddi Whip (optional)
Combine frozen peaches, banana, and coconut milk.
Blend in blender or smoothie maker until smooth and creamy texture.
Top with whip cream or Reddi whip.
