Peanut Butter & Banana Breakfast Pudding

A variation on my other breakfast pudding.

1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
2 tbsp semolina (cream of wheat)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp brown sugar (you could use more or less depending on how sweet the banana is)
In a small pot, bring the banana, milk, and water to a boil. Slowly stir in the semolina and cook until thickened. Add the cinnamon, peanut butter, and sugar and stir. Serve hot or cold.
