Peanut Butter Cookies

1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup (210 grams) creamy peanut butter
½ cup (96 grams) shortening
1¼ cups (310 grams) sugar
2 large eggs
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Tablespoon milk
8 ounces Reese\'s peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped (I used an 8 ounce bag of Reese\'s peanut butter cup minis)

Chocolate Cream Filling
1 cup (5.75 ounces) milk chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon butter
¼ cup heavy cream

3 Tablespoons butter, melted
? cup (90 grams) creamy peanut butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup (125 grams) confectioners\' sugar
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon heavy cream (you can substitute milk)
