The granola is made up of peanut butter coated oats and chia seeds mixed in with peanuts, crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips! You can expect to have crunchy granola bits with clusters throughout

1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup peanuts, halved or chopped
15 Oreos (peanut butter or original), chopped
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
1/4 cup oil (vegetable or coconut)
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 egg white
3/4 cup chocolate chips (any kind you want - chocolate, white chocolate, peanut butter)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup peanuts, halved or chopped
15 Oreos (peanut butter or original), chopped
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
1/4 cup oil (vegetable or coconut)
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
