For Crust:
2 Cups Quick Oats
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Butter
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup of Flour
For Filling:
6 Cups Milk
2 Cups Peanut Butter
3 Packages of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Tbsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp White Sugar
Whip Cream (optional)
Chocolate Sauce (Optional)
2 Cups Quick Oats
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Cup Butter
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup of Flour
For Filling:
6 Cups Milk
2 Cups Peanut Butter
3 Packages of Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 Tbsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp White Sugar
Whip Cream (optional)
Chocolate Sauce (Optional)
For Crust:
Preheat Oven 375 degrees
1. Melt Butter.
2. Place melted butter into a mixing bowl and add oats. Mix well until oats are soft.
3. Add Rest of Dry Ingredients then add vanilla
4. Place in a grease pan and firmly press into pan.
5. Bake for 15 mins. (Crust will be runny but will set when cooling.
6. Let Cool.
For Filling:
1. Pour milk into a mixing bowl along with the peanut butter. Mix Well for about 5 minutes.
2. Add Vanilla.
3. Add Sugar.
4. Add Pudding Mix.
5. Pour Pudding over crust.
Do not mix pudding before letting the crust cool because your pudding will set and make it hard to pour over the crust.
6. Top with whip cream and chocolate if desired.
7. Enjoy!
