These Pecan Pie Muffins are the perfect breakfast to enjoy throughout the holidays! They are fluffy and moist, full of crunchy pecans, and taste even better than pecan pie!

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
