Nothing is easier for a quick family meal that everyone will love than Penne Meatball Ricotta Kale Bake. This is one of those recipes you can just throw together. When I make Penne Meatball Ricotta Kale Bake, I usually make two baking dishes full – one for now and one to freeze. This freezes nicely, and I make it quite often when making meals for friends or family.

2 lb of cooked meatballs
13.2 oz cooked penne pasta (basically a normal-sized whole box)
2, 25 oz jars of sauce of your choice, or 50 oz of sauce homemade
15 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 c fresh kale or spinach or combination (usually buy a pre-washed bag to save prep time)
