Peppered Steak

A delicious, filling, and super easy meal that the whole family will love!

3 T. butter
Round steak, cut into strips
2 cups bouillon broth
Garlic powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 T. cornstarch
White rice
Melt butter in pan. Put meat in pan and cook until fully cooked through. Pour bouillon broth over steak in skillet and turn heat to high. Sprinkle a slight amount of garlic powder on top of ingredients in skillet. Mix soy sauce, water, and cornstarch together in separate bowl until combined. Add to meat and stir until mixture thickens. Serve over white rice.
