These hand crafted Chocolate Mint Truffles are perfect for holiday gifts and party platters!

8 oz. dark chocolate candy and molding formula
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. mint extract ( or to taste )
8 oz. milk chocolate dipping and coating formula
White Drizzle and Design Chocolate colored with green coloring oil
