Pineapple Grilled Chicken Recipe

Even though Labor Day has come and gone, I'm not quite ready to let summer go! We are getting in a few more grilling recipes before putting our grill away for the year. This chicken is so juicy and the marinade only has a few simple ingredients that you probably have on hand!

1 cup lemon lime soda
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (undrained)
? cup soy sauce
½ cup light brown sugar
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

In a large mixing bowl, combine soda, pineapple, soy sauce and brown sugar. Mix until sugar dissolves.
Add chicken to marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
