This pretty in pink drink is a creamy, frozen cocktail perfect for serving alongside or as dessert.

1 oz Kahlua or coffee liquor
1 oz vanilla or plain vodka
1 oz Bailey's or Irish cream liquor OR half and half
5 strawberries
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Place the strawberries and Irish cream (or half & half) in a blender and puree until smooth.
