Pizza and pasta are two of my kids’ favorite dinner “categories,” so I knew that this recipe would be a winner in their book. I was sold as soon as I realized that I don’t even have to boil the pasta! I just stir together all of the ingredients in one bowl, dump them in a baking dish, and let the oven do the work. So, so easy!

•4 cups uncooked rotini pasta
•2 cans (14.5 oz. each) petite-diced tomatoes, undrained
•¾ cup water
•18 slices turkey pepperoni, quartered
•¼ teaspoon salt

•3 tablespoons prepared pesto
•1 ¼ cups shredded Italian cheese blend, divided

1.In a bowl, combine uncooked pasta, tomatoes, water, pepperoni, pesto, salt, pepper, and ½ cup of the Italian cheese blend.
