Plum Clafoutis is one of the easiest desserts I have ever made. It sounds like it would be complicated or difficult. But let me tell you – Cut, toss, blend, bake is all you need to do to enjoy this delicious dish!

6 plums - pitted & cut into thin slices
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp granulated sugar- divided
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup all-purpose flour - sifted
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup half & half
confectioners sugar for dusting
vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving - opt.
