Plum Jelly

I finally beat the birds to some of the plums this year and get to make some plum jelly. This is the recipe I have always used. It's quick and easy and taste wonderful.

•5 1/2 cups plum juice
•1 package dry pectin
•7 1/2 cups sugar
1.Combine juice and pectin in a large pot. 2.Bring to a boil. 3.Stir in sugar and return to a rolling boil. 4.Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. 5.Remove from heat. 6.Skim foam if necessary. ...
