Sauted veggies in a pocket flatbread with vegan cheese. I bought the "cheese' at a local vegan cafe, I wish i had the recipe. Make this sandwich your own with veggies of your choice.

1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped green olives
2 tbsp vegan cheese spread
1tsp homemade hot pepper relish
1 flatbread pocket
