1 cup Poha
Oil, as required
Peanuts, handful or as required
Cashew Nuts, handful or as required
1 Dried Coconut, sliced thinly
Raisins, handful or as required
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
1 Green Chilies, chopped
a few Curry Leaves
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Heat a pan and add the poha in it. Roast it till slightly brown in colour. Once that is done keep it aside.
