I love Florence and everything Florentine. This is a much healthier variation of a traditional Florentine fried chicken recipe with some Mediterranean flavors added on for fun. I use cinnamon, cumin, sumac, paprika, and allspice, but feel free to use your favorite flavors. Buon Appetito!

1.5 Boneless skinless chicken breast
2 eggs
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice or apple juice
1/4 cup wine white dry
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup flour
spices to taste
